Ben Brandstätter, Managing Partner and Director Business Development at Quadriga Consult

Ben has years of experience in managerial positions with an automotive supplier and a multinational electrical engineering corporation.

A senior advisor with more than 15 years in the consulting business, he has gained extensive experience with several leading consultancies as an operations consultant in the manufacturing and processing industries.
As Director of Business Development, Ben is responsible for client relationship management and client acquisition at Quadriga.

Katharina Tandler, Managing Partner/Director Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Maintenance at Quadriga Consult

Katharina adds valuable experience from more than 15 years in leading positions in machine building industry to Quadriga’s Partner-Team.

This wide expertise is completed with almost 20 years in consulting – all in projects with tangible results and implemented improvements.
Maintenance and SCM, “everything related to planning and scheduling” and the associated ERP-expertise are Katharina’s “silver bullet”.

Clear values, respect for people on all levels, active listening and personal involvement are her distinguishing characteristics.
With all her experience from industry and consulting Katharina is able to analyze challenges from multiple perspectives and to actively put herself into the place of all stakeholders.

Achim Schindler, Managing Partner and Director Process Excellence at Quadriga Consult

Achim has more than 30 years of professional experience to his credit, primarily in the automotive, supply and medical technology industries, including over 20 years in executive positions.
He has successfully optimized processes, restructured organizations, realigned business segments and rolled out manufacturing systems in various operational management positions and as managing director.

Operations are his forte. His mission is to make change work with viable solutions, and he pursues it with a realistic outlook informed by real-world experience. His authenticity as a practitioner enables him to quickly connect with people, and is a great asset in crisis situations. He communicates with the client’s staff on an equal footing at all levels, from the worker to the executive.
